We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not for any reason at all, you're welcome to return all or any part of your order for a refund within 14 days from the date you received your order.

If you wish to return an item it's important to first create a return request via the contact form on our website or via our email on help@tiedfates.co.uk. Once the request is open we will be expecting your return and the returned goods will be processed for a refund.

We can't be held responsible for goods which you send back to us, but which fail to safely arrive, so we recommend you use an option which offers tracking and or compensation which covers the cost of the goods being returned.

You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods you wish to return. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
