Eco Promise

All of our books are made with the environment in mind. All paper used is sustainably sourced certified. Our packaging is plastic free, or includes resused plastic from deliveries that come to us as reusing plastic as much as possible before recycling it is the most eco option. We encourage all of our customers to reuse anything they can from our packing and then recycle it. All of our products are made with recycling in mind, with many of our items able to be home composted.

Packaging

Our items are all sent gift-wrapped in beautifully designed wrapping paper, sealed with paper tape to keep it completely recycleable. Our orders come with a business card, a mini art print card, and a bookmark. Large letter + orders also come with a wrapped teabag. Orders are sent in hardback mailers or study cardboard boxes. Some orders may need filling out to fit the box, in that case recycled paper shreds or reused bubblewrap is used.

Dispatch Times

Our dispatch turnaround is currently between 3-5 working days.

UK Delivery

Shipping rates are based on parcel weight rather than price.
Orders under 0.09kg are a fixed price of 70p.
All UK-based orders over this weight are free. Sent via Royal Mail Second Class, your order will approximately arrive in 2 - 3 working days (incl. Saturday). 

International

International shipping rates are based on parcel weight rather than price. All are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not for any reason at all, you're welcome to return all or any part of your order for a refund within 14 days from the date you received your order.

If you wish to return an item it's important to first create a return request via the contact form on our website or via our email on help@tiedfates.co.uk. Once the request is open we will be expecting your return and the returned goods will be processed for a refund.

Some important things to know:

We can't be held responsible for goods which you send back to us, but which fail to safely arrive, so we recommend you use an option which offers tracking and or compensation which covers the cost of the goods being returned.

You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods you wish to return. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

B-Grade and limited edition items are not eligible for returns.
